Websites built for businesses that mean business.
Studio Expertise designs, builds, and optimizes client websites end to end (strategy, design, code, and SEO) for teams operating across English- and Korean-speaking markets.
Trusted by teams across Korea
Everything your site needs, nothing it doesn't.
Every engagement runs through the same discipline: design that's earned, code that's built to last.
Web Design
We start by mapping how your customers actually decide, not by picking a template. Wireframes move to high-fidelity design in tight iterations, refined until every page feels unmistakably yours and ready to scale as you add more.
- Interfaces built around how customers actually decide
- Wireframe to high-fidelity, refined until it's unmistakably yours
- Systemized for every page you'll add later
Development
Every site ships as production-grade code on modern stacks, deployed to infrastructure we monitor after launch, not a page builder wrapped in a subscription. Performance and Core Web Vitals are launch requirements, not follow-up work.
- Production code on modern stacks
- Deployed and monitored properly
- Built to scale past launch day
Bilingual Localization
Korean and English copy is written natively for each market, not machine-translated, including layout, tone, and calls to action that read naturally in both languages. One team handles both, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
- Native English and Korean copywriting
- UX adapted per market, not translated
- One team, fluent in both
SEO & Growth
Technical SEO (structured data, clean URLs, fast Core Web Vitals) is part of the build from the first commit, not a bolt-on audit after launch. We stay on after launch to measure what's working and keep improving it.
- Technical SEO from the first commit
- Structured data and fast Core Web Vitals
- Built to be found, not just to look good
Four stages, one team
No handoffs, no context lost in translation.
Discovery
We learn your business, your customers, and what "done" actually looks like.
Design
Wireframes to high-fidelity, refined until it's unmistakably yours.
Build
Production-grade code, tested and deployed on infrastructure that scales.
Launch & Grow
We stay on to measure, iterate, and keep it fast.
Projects in the pipeline
22 live client websites shipped across real estate, legal & immigration, translation, tax, health, retail, and marketing. Every one is built end-to-end by our team and running in production today. Running a real estate brand? Ask about a white-label site built on our Seoul Homes platform.

Problem: The old site ran on WordPress, which made it difficult to customize, scale, or fix underlying technical SEO issues.
What we built: A fully custom rebuild from the ground up, with SaaS-grade performance on a dedicated server and database.
Result: Search clicks up 110% and impressions up 175% over the past several months, per Google Search Console.

Problem: Visa info in Korea was scattered across government sites and forums, hard for foreigners to figure out which visa type applied to them or what documents they needed.
What we built: An AI-assisted visa guidance platform. Visitors either browse by visa type directly or take a short quiz if they're not sure, get instant AI-powered answers through K-VISA AI, and can connect with a human visa specialist when they need one.
Result: Growth in SEO, helped many clients find scattered Korean visa information, and increased usage of K-VISA AI.

Problem: Client wanted a real estate platform of their own without building one from scratch, and needed it launched fast.
What we built: A white-label version of the Seoul Homes real estate platform, rebranded for James Realty, giving them the same underlying search and listings engine without paying for custom development from zero.
Result: A dedicated domain, growth in SEO, and independence from relying on another SaaS platform.

Problem: Apostille and document legalization in Korea was confusing and scattered, with no single trusted place for foreigners to find verified specialists or understand the process.
What we built: A marketplace connecting people to apostille and legalization specialists, with browsing by document type or purpose, step-by-step guides, and a search-for-an-expert flow.
Result: Helped organize scattered apostille and legal work into one place, with a similar outcome to Mr. Visa Korea.

Problem: Similar space to Apostille First. People needed a reliable way to find licensed agents for apostille, visa, and translation work in Korea, without guessing who's actually qualified.
What we built: A licensed-agent marketplace where users browse and compare verified agents by nationality or specialty, then request their service directly. An agent-directory model, versus Apostille First's document-type-first approach.
Result: Growth in inquiries to agents, more clients, and more revenue overall.

Problem: Client wanted to offer apostille and visa consulting together under one personal brand, rather than clients having to go to separate services for each.
What we built: A personal consultancy site combining apostille and visa services under one brand, positioning James Apostille as a single point of contact for both instead of a marketplace of multiple agents.
Result: A dedicated website with its own content and its own customers, independent of any marketplace platform.

Problem: Client had their own website already, but it wasn't SEO optimized. It was a dead site with no traffic unless they spent money on ads.
What we built: The site was rebuilt and fully SEO optimized.
Result: Search clicks up 138% over the past three months, per Google Search Console.

Problem: The client's site was built on Notion, a fine tool for internal docs, but not built for search visibility. It had essentially no path to being found on Google.
What we built: A proper website replacing the Notion page, built with SEO as a first-class requirement rather than an afterthought.
Result: A dedicated website with SEO-driven traffic and inquiries.

Problem: Same pattern as other clients: no good dedicated site or SEO, making it hard for people to find a trustworthy Korean or US tax professional.
What we built: A platform matching clients with Korean and US tax professionals.
Result: More inquiries.

Problem: People needing certified document translation for immigration, legal, or business use had no easy way to find and compare vetted translators in one place.
What we built: A document translation marketplace where clients browse and connect with certified translators by document type and purpose.
Result: Search impressions grew from 230 to over 2,000 in three months, per Google Search Console.

Problem: Consumers can't easily tell if a packaged food product is actually healthy just by reading the label. Marketing language on the front of the package often hides what's really inside.
What we built: An app that scores food products on nutrition, processing level, and additive risk, so users can search or scan a product and see what's really inside before buying.
Result: Growing organic traffic and product searches.

Problem: Visitors and residents in Ho Chi Minh City wanting a massage had to travel to a spa or deal with unreliable, unlicensed providers found through word of mouth.
What we built: An in-room massage booking platform with licensed therapists, no travel required, no deposit needed, and a direct WhatsApp booking option.
Result: Search clicks up 122% and impressions up 41% over the past three months, per Google Search Console.

Problem: Patients and clinicians needing quick medical calculations had to hunt across scattered, ad-heavy sites that don't compute privately or clearly explain the methodology.
What we built: A directory of evidence-based medical calculators across categories like body metrics, cardiology, and neurology, computed privately in the browser and free for patients and clinicians alike.
Result: Growing usage from both patients and clinicians.

Problem: Professionals were juggling five different links across platforms, like Instagram, a booking site, and a portfolio, making it hard for potential clients to find what they needed or get questions answered quickly.
What we built: A single link-in-bio page combining services, credentials, and booking in one place, with an AI assistant that answers client questions automatically before they even call.
Result: More inquiries converting, since prospects get answers immediately instead of waiting for a reply.

Problem: Foreign businesses operating in Korea faced complex regulatory and certification requirements, with no clear guide or trusted consultant they could easily find and reach out to.
What we built: A consulting site laying out Eugine's regulatory and certification services for foreign businesses, with a clear breakdown of what's covered and a direct path to get in touch.
Result: More inquiries from foreign businesses needing regulatory help.

Problem: Foreigners trying to register property in Korea faced a legal process they didn't understand, made harder by language and procedural barriers.
What we built: A site explaining JOYCE's foreign property registration services clearly, positioning them as the specialist to go to for this specific, narrow legal need.
Result: More inquiries from foreign property owners.

Problem: As an SEO and AI-search visibility agency, Teoraspace needed their own site to actually prove the quality bar they sell to clients, not just claim it.
What we built: A site built to the same technical SEO and AI-search-readiness standard Teoraspace sells to their own clients, so the site itself is the proof.
Result: Stronger credibility with prospects, since their own site performs the way they promise clients' sites will.

Problem: Travelers to island destinations across Asia-Pacific had no single reliable directory for restaurants, hotels, and activities. They were stuck piecing it together from scattered reviews and outdated guides.
What we built: A travel and business directory covering restaurants, hotels, and adventures across Asia-Pacific islands, in one searchable place.
Result: Search clicks up 204% and impressions up 116% over the past three months, per Google Search Console.

Result: A dedicated domain, growth in SEO, and independence from relying on another SaaS platform.

Result: More inquiries from foreigners needing urgent or ongoing visa help.

Problem: Foreign investors and residents in Korea faced visa, licensing, and translation requirements scattered across separate agencies.
What we built: A one-stop site for On-Admin's licensed 행정사 services (visa filings, business licensing, certified translation, and administrative appeals), positioning the office as a single point of contact from first document to final approval.
Result: More inquiries from foreign investors and residents needing Korean administrative services.

Problem: A warehouse-style vintage and consignment store in Icheon had no online presence, making it hard for buyers to find hours, location, and daily new arrivals.
What we built: A site covering the store's vintage and luxury consignment floors, directions, and hours, with local SEO foundations (breadcrumb schema, IndexNow, and guide content) for fast search indexing.
Result: A discoverable storefront for nearby buyers searching for vintage and consignment shopping in the Icheon–Yeoju area.

A studio, not an agency roster
Based in Seoul, working everywhere

No templates, no subcontracted freelancers, no shortcuts. The people who scope your project are the people who build it.
Questions, answered
Everything prospective clients ask before starting a project.
Do you build bilingual English and Korean websites?
Yes. Bilingual delivery is core to how we work. Every project gets native English and Korean copywriting and UX adapted per market, not machine translation, handled by one team fluent in both.
Do you subcontract work to freelancers?
No. Studio Expertise doesn't use templates or outside freelancers. The same team that scopes your project designs and builds it, start to finish.
How long does a website project take?
It depends on scope. The Basic plan is built for a fast launch: weeks, not months. Premium and Pro projects run longer to cover CMS setup, bilingual localization, and custom integrations.
Is Studio Expertise part of Expert Sapiens?
Yes. Studio Expertise is the web design, development, and SEO practice of Expert Sapiens, based in Seoul.
What's included in the Basic, Premium, and Pro plans?
Basic covers a single-page or few-page site with mobile-first design and core on-page SEO. Premium adds a multi-page site with a CMS, bilingual EN/KO localization, technical SEO, analytics, and 30 days of post-launch support. Pro adds custom features and integrations, a dedicated team throughout, and ongoing SEO and growth support.
Do you handle SEO, or is that a separate service?
SEO is built in from the first commit, not added on afterward. Technical SEO, structured data, and fast Core Web Vitals are part of every build.
Is there a monthly fee after launch?
Yes. Basic and Premium carry a minimum ₩100,000/month, Pro a minimum ₩150,000/month, and Custom is scoped after reviewing your project. It covers server hosting, ongoing maintenance, and continued SEO work, not a one-time build fee that goes unmaintained after launch.
Where is Studio Expertise based, and do you work with clients outside Korea?

How many websites has Studio Expertise built?
22 live client websites to date, spanning real estate, legal & immigration, translation, tax, health, retail, and marketing.
