When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, along with any optional details you select (service interest, reference site, domain and email preferences).

We don't use cookies. This site uses cookie-free, privacy-focused analytics — a self-hosted analytics tool and Cloudflare Web Analytics — to see aggregate traffic patterns: page views, referring site, and general browser/device type. Neither tool identifies you personally or tracks you across other websites.

Inquiry details are used only to respond to your message and discuss a potential project. We do not use this information for marketing unrelated to your inquiry.

Form submissions are sent by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, directly to our team inbox. We do not store inquiry data in a database — the email itself is the only record.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of the engagement and any period required by Korean commercial or tax law afterward. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

We do not sell your information. It's shared only with the service providers needed to run this site — Resend to deliver inquiry emails, and our cookie-free analytics tools (self-hosted analytics, Cloudflare) to measure aggregate traffic — and as required by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted to us by emailing support@studioexpertise.com.
