This website is operated by Expert Sapiens under the name Studio Expertise, a web design, development, and SEO practice based in Seoul, South Korea.

You may browse this site and use the inquiry form to contact us about a project. Prices and plan descriptions on this site are indicative starting points, not binding quotes — the final scope and price for any project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

A project begins only once both parties agree on scope, price, and timeline in writing (proposal, email confirmation, or contract). These general terms apply alongside — not instead of — that written agreement; where the two conflict, the written project agreement controls.

Payment terms (deposit, milestones, ongoing maintenance fees) are set per project in the written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work already performed is non-refundable once a project has started; a project cancelled before work begins is refunded in full.

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables (design, code, and content created for that project) transfers to the client. Studio Expertise retains rights to its own internal tools, methods, and any pre-existing code libraries used to build the deliverable.
